in stock, we'll just swap your empty for one of our pre-filled
cartridges. If we don't have your cartridge in stock, it takes
on average 15 minutes to refill a cartridge. All cartridges are
hand inspected, filled to the full factory weight and tested to
ensure a great print. The cartridges are then sealed, packaged
and ready to print like new.

The Cartridge World store will either, repair the faulty cartridge,
credit the full amount against a new cartridge or provide a full
refund in exchange for the faulty cartridge.
